## How a launch runs
1. Brief: what is launching, who it is for and what it has to do, on one signed page.
2. Draft: script, look and first cuts, made together so the site, the film and the ads start from the same idea.
3. Review: real drafts, not decks; notes in one tracked list.
4. Build: the film is finished, the site built and the ads cut for every format from the approved draft.
5. Launch: everything goes live together, with a plan for launch day and after.

## The site
The homepage is itself the portfolio. Every effect on it is numbered FX 01 to FX 34 (WebGL 3D, shaders, motion, sound design, interface components). Visitors open the FX index, shortlist the effects they want and bring that shortlist to a first call.

On one stage line with five steps: Brief, Draft, Review, Build and Launch. You watch real drafts rather than decks, your notes go into one tracked list, and the site, the film and the ads go live together.

You do. You direct what the launch says and decide what goes out. Our job is to make every option easy to see, choose and change.

### What is the FX index?
Every effect on this site has a number, from FX 01 to FX 34. Open the FX index to jump to any of them, show the numbers on the page and shortlist the ones you want on your own launch. Your shortlist stays on this page, ready for our first call.

### Is the work in the reel client work?
Not yet. The six pieces in the reel are studio pieces, made in house to show the craft. Client launches will take their place, each one shown with the client's consent.
